During our training at Shah Alam on 12-13 Aug 2020, the hotel offered spacious rooms with a great view from level 13, excellent customer service, free parking, a variety of breakfast choices, and cleanliness. Highly recommended to anyone despite the dust on the floor and leaking air conditioning issues.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, but I was a bit disappointed that they weren't ready for check-in at 4 pm. The service was top-notch, with honest and helpful staff, though there were minor issues with organization. The location was strategic with exciting activities nearby, but not very convenient for food options. The dining was a letdown, except for the delicious beef rendang, and needed more dessert choices. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
The hotel offers unique features such as having a pet of the day and being recommended by Mr Fairus. The rooms were small to fit in an extra bed and were connecting rooms, making for a cozy stay.
